Obituary of Quintin J. Horner

Quintin J. "Din" Horner 1968 - 2018 UTICA, NY - Mr. Quintin J. Horner, 50, of Utica, passed away unexpectedly on March 21, 2018. He was born in Utica on January 9, 1968, to John Horner and the late Johann Powers. He was educated in local schools and was a registered Native American of the Sioux Indian Tribe. He liked being outdoors, especially fishing. He was predeceased by his mother, Johann Powers; his oldest brother, Kevin Horner; and grandmother, Nanny. Those he left behind to carry on his memory include his father, John Horner; his brothers, John Horner and Troy Grenicko; his sisters, Laura Horner, Kim Kessler, Jerilynn Powers and Ashley Pfluke; and many aunts, uncles, and other extended family and friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his calling hours on March 28, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. at Kowalczyk Funeral Home at 1156 Lincoln Avenue in Utica.
