Helen G. Kulig 1926 – 2017 Clinton Helen G. Kulig, 90 of Clinton, passed away on, Tuesday, August 15, 2017, at Masonic Care Community. She was born on November 3, 1926, in New York Mills daughter of the late John and Catherine Scibior Garncarz. She was united in marriage to Frederick Kulig on June 12, 1948 at St. Mary's Church, New York Mills. A blessed union of 59 years, until his passing on November 29, 2007. Helen was employed at Associated Transport and General Electric, until her retirement. She was a parishioner of Holy Trinity Church, Utica. Helen is survived by her sister Stella Rzotkiewicz of Whitesboro; Also included are several nieces and nephews and their spouses, Carol and James Abiusi of Utica, Brenda and Patrick Castelli of Utica, Guy Rzotkiewicz and Deborah A Schepsis of Yorkville, Virginia Killian of Sauquoit, Christine Kochanek of NC, Christoper and Jacqueline Garncarz of Yorkville, Stephen and Patricia Zabinski of FL; as well as many grand nieces and nephews and great-grand nieces and nephews. She was predeceased by her brothers Stephen, Victor, Edward and her sister Cecilia Kochanek, two nephews Edward Killian & Chester Kochanek. Honoring Helen's wishes there will be no calling hours. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial and Celebration of Life which will commence on Monday at 11:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. The family will receive visitors at the conclusion of Mass. Burial will take place in Holy Trinity Cemetery. Helen's family would like to extend their heartfelt appreciation to Dr. McCormick , the nurses and staff at the Masonic Care Community (Saratoga Household) and Dr. Bhisham Garg for the exceptional care and compassion she received. Arrangements have been entrusted to Kowalczyk Funeral Home 284 Main Street New York Mills.
