Obituary of Mary Gorecki

Mary A. Gorecki 1960 – 2018 Utica Mary A. Gorecki, 57 a lifelong area resident, passed away on Thursday, January 18, 2018 at Faxton – St. Luke's Healthcare. She was born in Utica on February 28, 1960 the daughter of Valerian and Julia Chmielewski Gorecki and received her education in New York Mills schools. Mary proudly served her country in the US Army. She was employed for many years with Midstate Tech., Oriskany. She is survived by her daughter, Bonnie Gorecki of Rome, as well as two brothers and their spouses, Edward Gorecki of Marcy, and Valerian Gorecki of Rome. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. Mary was predeceased by her brother Robert Gorecki and her parents Valerian and Julia. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Memorial Gathering which will be held on Tuesday (today) from 4 – 6 p.m. at the Kowalczyk Funeral Home, 284 Main St., New York Mills.
