Obituary of Frances T. Halliday

Frances T. Halliday 1931 - 2018 Marcy Frances T. Halliday 87, a lifelong area resident passed away on Sunday, October 21, 2018 at the Charles T. Sitrin Healthcare Center, New Hartford. She was born in Utica on March 2, 1931 the daughter of Frank and Anna Koscielniak Mysza and attended local schools graduating from Utica Free Academy with the class of 1949, furthering her education at the Utica School of Commerce. On July 1, 1950 she was united in marriage to Robert Halliday at Holy Trinity Church, a loving union until his passing on January 11, 2013. Her survivors include her daughter, Roberta Ann Halliday, of Marcy and her son and his wife, James and Mary Agnes Halliday of Deerfield, and their children; Brittni, Carli and Cassi as, well as her great grandson, Antiono. Also surviving are her brother –in- law, Eugene Halliday, of Horseheads, NY and St. Augusta, FL. Frances's family would like to send their heartfelt appreciation to the entire staff of the Charles T. Sitrin Healthcare Center for the care and compassion shown to her family during her stay with them. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Mass of Christian Burial which will be celebrated on Thursday, October 25, 2018 at 10:00 a.m. at Holy Trinity Church. There will be no calling hours, per Frances's request. The family will greet those attending, after the mass. Please omit flowers. Arrangements are under the care of the Kowalczyk Funeral Home Inc., Utica. Entombment will take place in Resurrection Chapel Mausoleum at Holy Trinity Cemetery.
